I've been observing lately two trends going on in the server that while I cannot and will not accuse any specific player of, I will say I've had to speak to enough people for me to post this.
In the Required Reading threads, there is a post:

To point out a few specifics:
Even with the new rebuild coming, and we have been talking to the players about changing certain rules and restrictions.... THESE STILL APPLY FOR THIS MODULE. Just because admins before myself have set them, does not mean I will not enforce them. So far I have been benign and being polite, but this is the official warning now: please do not make me be the bad guy. I don't want to have to do it, and there's no reason you cannot stay with the rules.
As for racial adjustments, it was never specified if the stat requirements exempted if a racial stat was brought below it, but as the man hear now, this is the ruling: Sharlyn was clear due to the 6 that she meant racial requirements, and I'm sure dsabrae specifically meant 10 or higher since he used 9 as a requirement not 8. Therefore, RACIAL ADJUSTMENTS ARE NOT AN EXCUSE FOR SHIRKING CURRENT RULES.
PLAYING YOUR STATS:
I shouldn't have to explain it that much, but once I have seen examples of this and it is not what should be happening on a Roleplaying server. If you have an Intelligence of 10, you have the average intelligence of a commoner. Inductive and deductive reasoning is not your strong suit. If you have a Wisdom of 10, you are not a proverb book. If you have a 10 Charisma, you are not the charming lovable roguish person who everyone adores. And if you are playing below those, understand that you are below the average commoner in those respects. I really don't feel I have to explain it further, and if you are unclear, PM me personally and I'll give you more examples.
As for the common charisma excuse: if you say you are ugly or have a deformity but you are still charming and charismatic, then that ugliness or deformity is so bad that people can not look past your hideousness to see your charm.
This falls in line with the Server Rules:

I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and most people I have encountered so far I've been polite and courteous with me, as well as compliant. If that trend changes though, then I will be more severe. And as for roleplaying your stats, if I see repeated offenses from the same player, I will impose roleplaying xp penalties, end of story. This includes your physical stats as well as your mental ones.
Please everyone, let's understand that while there is a new mod coming out, that doesn't mean we can disobey current rules. This thread will be locked, and if you have a problem with anything written here, please feel free to PM me. Thank you for your time.

You may have no more than 2 stats below 9 any stat of 6 or less will have severe penalty associated with it by way of DM handicap.
To clarify, ECL 1 and higher and any "application only" race NEED AN APPLICATION APPROVED BEFORE CREATION.
Min Maxing -
